Responsibilities

· Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how insurance can protect them

· Identify and provide solutions for 40-50 new clients per month

· Builds long-term, trusting relationships with clients

· Qualifies, builds, and manages an accurate sales funnel

· Maintain knowledge of new products.

Requirements

· Over 18 years of age

· Legal United States Resident

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Clean background (no felony convictions)

· Excellent written and oral/presentation skills

· Desire and expectation to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses

· A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with Farmer’s training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life

· Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
